An aesthetic note page to use during your sessions for quick notes so that you don’t forget the important stuff! After years of working in schools where there was no internet access or even a therapy room or where client’s preferred to stay in the classroom or play outside, I understand the importance of a quick (but organised) note taking option.
Features:
Space to record the date, client’s name/ID, other attendees & client’s presentation
A table for you to write the goal, activity & support given. The final two columns are for tally tracking and a checkbox to see whether or not the goal was achieved.
Along the bottom is where you would indicate what feedback was given to the client’s family.
This printable is in A4 size but if you’d prefer a smaller option, just let me know!
